  • What is your returns/exchange policy for domestic orders?

    Domestic customers can send back their merchandise for a full refund or exchange to our regitered office address within 30 days of the purchase date. The garments need to be in a good condition and unworn. We do not provide any reverse pick up and customers need to bear the courier charges 

  • What is your return/exchange policy for internationally shipped orders?

    International customers can send back their merchandise for a full refund or exchange to our regitered office address within 30 days of the purchase date. The garments need to be in a good condition and unworn. We do not provide any reverse pick up and customers need to bear the courier charges. Also any custom charges involved in shipping need to be borne by the customer

    Any item marked as “Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged

  • What fits do you offer in your shirts?

    We offer four fits in our shirts: Standard, Slim, Custom and Extra Slim. Standard Fit - If you are a man of generous proportions mostly in the arms, chest and waist then you will love our Standard Fit Slim Fit - If your body is in V shape from Chest to hip and you have wider shoulders, chest and arms then you would definitely fit our Slim Fit Extra Slim Fit - If you are lean in shape, neither skinny nor muscle bound then our Extra slim fit shirts will fit you handsomely. And if you are need trim fit on the biceps and shoulders and a little comfort on the belly then you must try the Custom fit

    We provide free delivery for all orders

  • How do I track my order?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification along with the airway bill number for the courier package. You can track the status of your order by accessing the courier’s website

  • How fast is your shipping?

    All orders are shipped between 7 to 15 working days from the date of order

  • Can I modify or cancel my order?

    Our Warehouse is lightening fast at fulfilling orders -- which can make it a bit tricky to cancel or modify an order before it completes. The window to make changes to an order is anywhere between 30 minutes and roughly 3 hours, which is the time it takes to put together your order and slap a Courier label on it.   • Do you ship internationally?

    We ship all over the world except for pin codes which are not accessible by courier companies.

  • Do I have to bear any other costs?

    All the orders for deliveries in India will not be subject to any other costs. For International orders the taxes and duties levied by the importing country will be borne by the customer. We provide free shipping for all  international orders
