  • What is your returns/exchange policy for domestic orders?

    Free & Easy: It’s simple. If you are a registered customer then just go to my account page and raise a return or an exchange request. We will act immediately and take steps to pick up the shirt and refund your amount or exchange the product. We generally take around 3 to 4 working days (After the shirt is picked up) for initiating the refund. In case you have guest checked out then kindly mail us your request along with your order ID to [email protected]

  • What is your return policy for shirts ordered under tailored fits?

    For shirts ordered under Tailored Fit category the returns or exchange can be done only in case the garments arrive with manufacturing defect other than which Replacement/Refund is possible only if there is a measurement fault from our side

  • What is your return/exchange policy for internationally shipped orders?

    We are not able to provide free shipping for international returns. As a result, international customers are responsible for return shipping. - Pack up the items in the box, and be sure to indicate the order number in a note. - Use UPS/FEDEX/DHL if possible, note on the commercial invoice that the package is a RETURN, and include the tracking number from the original order as a reference for the return (if you still have it). - For the package's value, use the price paid for the item(s) you're returning; this should match up with the invoiced price on the original order. You have 30 days to return an item for full credit if you have used a credit card or Paypal

    Any item marked as “Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged

  • What fits do you offer in your shirts?

    We offer three fits in our shirts: Standard, Slim, and Extra Slim.
    Standard Fit - If you are a man of generous proportions mostly in the arms, chest and waist then you will love our Standard Fit

    Slim Fit - If your body is in V shape from Chest to hip and you have wider shoulders, chest and arms then you would definitely fit our Slim Fit

    Extra Slim Fit - If you are lean in shape, neither skinny nor muscle bound then our Extra slim fit shirts will fit you handsomely

    Tailored Fit – Tailored fit is a made to measure fit where in you can order a shirt by giving your shirt measurements or by placing a pick up request of your best fitting shirt View our Fit Guide page for more information.

  • How do I contact you?

  • What are the shipping charges?

    We provide free delivery for all orders

  • How do I track my order?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification along with the airway bill number for the courier package. You can track the status of your order by accessing the courier’s website

  • How fast is your shipping?

    All orders are shipped between 2 to 4 working days from the date of order

  • Can I modify or cancel my order?

    Our Warehouse is lightening fast at fulfilling orders -- which can make it a bit tricky to cancel or modify an order before it completes. The window to make changes to an order is anywhere between 30 minutes and roughly 3 hours, which is the time it takes to put together your order and slap a Courier label on it. A phone call is best when handling time sensitive matters, so give us a ring at +91-87220-92000

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We ship all over the world except for pin codes which are not accessible by courier companies.

  • Do I have to bear any other costs?

    All the orders for deliveries in India will not be subject to any other costs. For International orders the taxes and duties levied by the importing country will be borne by the customer

  • How do I pay for tailored fit shirts?

    We do not offer Cash on delivery for tailored fit shirts. Other options like Net banking and payment through Credit/Debit card and paypal are acceptable

  • What is your return policy for shirts ordered under tailored fits?

    For shirts ordered under Tailored Fit category the returns or exchange can be done only in case the garments arrive with manufacturing defect other than which Replacement/Refund is possible only if there is a measurement fault from our side

  • What is your measurement tolerance level for tailored fit shirts?

    All fabrics feel & fall differently. The fabric of your sample shirt is bound to be different from the one you order. Brace yourself for a slight variance in size up to half an inch.
